T4 levels bit high
Hi, I have taken TFT test which comprises of T3,T4 and TSH. My t3 and TSH results are normal 1.41 and 1.95 where as T4 is showing 14.7. I am 18 weeks pregnant and taking thyronorm 37.5 mg tablet a daily in morning.Please advise me whether it will cause any complications in pregnancy.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Thyroid hormone changes in pregnancy are normal. And it will just need dosage adjustments. It will not cause any problem in pregnancy if they are kept in proper range. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
