Symptoms of sciatica
Sir,I'm feeling a lot of problem whenever I try to get up from my bed and whenever I wake-up
I have taken xrays but the reports are quite normal..
I have googled about my problem I have found sciatica's symptoms...
So plz suggest me some ways to get it cure from it...

It is difficult to give u or advice u a treatment . U need to be examined. Show uer self to orthopaedic surgeon
