Swollen vagina
I m 20 year old and have swollen vagina. There is no pain , no irritation , no discharge , no inflammation . Only about 2 cm of vagina is swollen on one side. There is no discomfort while sitting , walking and while urination. I had sexual contact last time in february 2015.

Hi, If your swelling is in lower part of vagina, it may be non infected Bartholin cyst. Nothing to be done until it either increases in size to give sense of foreign body or catches infection and become painful. Requires surgical removal.
