I have had facial swelling on my cheek bone upper jaw line but no pain . You can see the difference in size. Had bottom jaw teeth removed last year 3 of them since then had clicking jaw issues in the morning . Really bad headaches , and flashing light in my eye also had a tingling sensation upper lip . Doctors say it’s trigeminal neuralgia but does it come with swelling ?

Normally there is no swelling in trigeminal neuralgia. It could be an infection of the tooth, maxillary sinusitis or many other causes. Get a check up done as soon as possible
