My 8 month baby has swollen under eye ( at the edge of the eye) past 2 month and no pain , what is the reason doc

Is the swelling in both the eyes ? If so could be due to Anemia - do start syp vitcofol 5 ml daily for 3 months Also get his urine examination done in laboratory.
