When consulted with doctor I got to know that my turbinates have swollen and had slight discomfort to breathe and I also have bumps(red) at the end of my tounge. I'm taking medications but not a much of improvement, what to do??

The Red bumps at the back of your tongue is called Circumvalate papillae. It's absolutely normal to have that, all humans have them. Please search for tongue anatomy on google to relieve you anxiety and don't frequently check your throat in the mirror.
To understand accurately about your nose block kindly get( CT PNS )scan of nose and sinuses and review with ENT specialist online.
