Swollen lymph nodes
This is ultrasound report of my swollen lymph nodes in upper posterior triangle of neck. Fnac says reactive lymphadenitis. Just by looking at report, can u tell whether it is malignant or reactive.

This question should better be answered by general physicians and surgeons. All I can clearly say is it can not be primarily heart related and should do an echocardiogram as part of your evaluation
