The bone right above the right breast and below the collar bone is swollen and paining.. Don't know is the reason and what steps to take

Its possible that you have costochondritis. You need to visit an ortho surgeon who can prescribe you some anti inflammatory medicines. In addition you can apply some warmth to the area with a towel dipped in warm water. In case the swelling increases in size, then xrays and scans may be necessary that is best ordered by an ortho surgeon.
