Swolled gum for last 2 days. Taking Enzoflam. No relief in pain. Not able to take food also. Is it wisdom teeth?

Hello This looks like a problem of wisdom tooth Please visit a dentist so that root cause can be found and also tablets won't help you for a longer run and they will have side effects too
