Swelling & Scarring over penis foreskin.

I am 28 years Male, till the age of 25 years I was having a healthy life. Suddenly the foreskin of my penis became stick with glans of my penis. Recently I came to know it is called Phimosis. I read lot abt it & found that in d worst case circumcision is a only option that is quick and safe. But I don't want to go for it until I try other treatments. But my doctor seems to be not interested in trying other solutions and saying circumcision is d only option nd u have to do it 110%. 3 days before I was stretching foreskin to back and I successfully retracted foreskin and broken the adhesion of foreskin with my glan but after that there is some scarring over my foreskin and have some swelling it. Can dermatologists heal that scarring and remove swelling and make the skin soft of foreskin? Can somebody please genuinely guide me on other treatment options available.
