Swelling in the legs
I have seen swelling in my both the legs in the same region that is towards fibula it does not affect mostly but from a week I some times feel some irritation in the area in either leg. I dont run. I walk almost 2-3 KMS in a day or more some times. is it due to Driving in the city or constant on highways ? or any other reason ?

With given details, it's highly likely to be fibular joint dysfunction. In some cases, rotation of fibular head due to severe strain can also cause lateral knee pain and swelling.  If symptoms persists, consult a physiotherapist who can assess the cause and he/she  may recommend  procedures like manual mobilisation of fibular joint and taping if necessary.
