Swelling in stomach
My wife liver enlarged has seen in ultra sound . She also offering in fever . ESR REPORT IS 65 AROUND & LAST YEAR IT WAS 120 . It's again happen. what would I do

See if you r saying that ESR is this much then its for sure increased than the normal level. So kindly visit Dr. To get the full chekup and tests done so that the proper medicines shud be started.
Ur wife may need some antibiotic for this infection to resolve.
Avoid alcohol and smoking if she does that.
Avoid fatty diet, reduce oil consumption.
Drink plenty of water/fluids.
Take Tab Pcm 650mg as needed when temp > 100°F.
Temprature charting should be done every 4hrly and shud be noted on paper.
