Swelling in knee
I met with an accident and got minor injury. But my knee seems to be swelling a bit. Do I need to do an x-ray.

You need to get your knee examined by orthopaedician. If orthopaedician suspects a fracture or soft tissue injury, you will be asked to do Xray or MRI. If it is minor strain, you may not require any investigations. You will need medicines to control inflammation and for pain relief.
Next Steps
Apply ice pack on swollen area. Take adequate rest till the swelling subsides.
