Swelling in anal
Dear doctors ,
I work in Delhi , belongs to chennai , recently went chennai for Diwali there I drove more than 200 kms in bike after long time , n had non veg foods for a weak , after reaching Delhi I found small swelling around anal region , which is sometime itchy n painful , n I have normal diet everything , pls suggest wether it goes automatically r have to take medicines ,??

Two things are possible. One is external piles which will resolve within one week by itself. Another one is peri anal abscess which will get worsen in days. Both should be treated differently. Consult a nearby gastroenterologist if problem persists
