yes it is not to be taken lightly. its a medical emergency if someone actually has AMI.. acute myocardial infarction there are two types STEMI and NSTEMI if its STEMI , then its grave emergency, every minute is important. please tell about symptoms, ECG , bloood test( troponins)and other relevant history if you really want a genuine advice
