Supplements for hair growth and skin
Hi, Due to work and being away from family I am unable take my food properly. Even if I did, it's mostly from outside. So am more concerned if am getting enough nutrition for my body. Lately my skin is getting dull and my hair is falling. This might be due to the nutrition deficiency, pollution, my sleep cycle( bcz I work in night shifts) or stress. I want to know if there is any supplements for vitamins and iron I can take.

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
