Do I need to take any food supplements, as I am doing regular gym, as many said to me that must take food supplements ? I eat normal Indian meals mostly non-veg. And many a times my breakfast gests skipped. I have lost 8-10 kg of my weight in last 2-3 years after my admission in MBBS.

Hi thanks for your query. I am happy to see that u r studying MBBS. First advice is to eat timely & no break fast skipping. U need small but frequently meals 8 times tentatively by whole day including tea/snacks & all three staple meals. Loosing your weight for these years may be some reasons like stress,mental or work pressure I think u are not taking timely as per your requirement tot energy should be 2800 - 3200 kcal in these days & may go up if more work out by gym. So I advice go for a proper high calorie high protien diet Plan to add little more cereals, like plain rice,wheat, dry fruits in a mid afternoon,banana & eggs 2 PCs add 2 TSF butter, Ghee. mastard ,olive oil can use. sleep min 8 hrs.water & enough fluids intake,all good vegetables, fibres are important. About supplement u can take after one month if there is no improvement of weight gain.
