Sun tan and fairness
I am female unmarried 25 yrs old and i am perfectly healthy dont have any disease..i want to ask that the inside of my arms are extremely white then the rest of my body does it mean i am sun tanned ...because i have never wore Sunscreen in my entire life......""does this mean my whole body and face can get as fair as the inside of my arms if i try to remove tan from my body?"

No. Not exactly the same. It’s not possible. But yes can be improved. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out Wear full sleeves shirt. Use umbrella when going in sun. For more details u can consult online
