Suggestions for Symptoms shared

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Since Friday, I'm having headache, fever like feel but no such high body temperature, but chills at time, complete bodyache. My mouth is feeling dry also feeling hungry but unable to eat much due to sour mouth. Having running nose. Also having muscle pain. Pls suggest any medicine or remedy. I already had 3 Calpol 650 one each on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but not much relief. I do not have any allergy neither I'm under any daily medicine.
