Suggest me live with acl grade 3
On 2014 orthopedic dr diagnosed me you have been acl tear. dr suggest me better you take MRI. But I am not take the mri. from 2014 to 2018 I am doing only small physical activities like walk nd run slow speed..but on 2018 while I played cricket i ran hard and sudden knee movement that time my knee wobbled or collapse nd fell down.. i have got heavy  pain in my knee..after 3days pain over...from 2018 to still now am doing small physical activity only...on 2014 my weight is 65kg only now my weight nearly 90kg..i have noticed when I stand nd slightly rotate my knee that time i can hear knee popping or cracking sound...finallt on october 2020 I have taken MRl..the report showing acl grade 3..i have attached mri report.. Question: Now am 30 years old nd married.I am interested to doing surgery without surgery how can I mange with acl tear nd how can I survive..please anyone help me on this...I am not interested in surgery..

You should go for surgery otherwise the knee will be unstable as you told you had gained weight and chances of developing arthritis of knee will be there
