Sugar level
Today morning without eating anything, I took a glass water and tested my sugar level by accu check meter it showed 147 mg/dl.
It is first time I checked. I didn't have any diabetics symptoms.
Please advice me is it dangerous or normal.
What should I do.

You should confirm it by getting blood sugar fasting and post meal done from a lab. Preferably along with HbA1C
