PCOD can lead to irregular periods, sometimes ammenorrhoea, weight gain, glucose intolerance, and even infertility.
If you are trying to conceive and not getting, than you should minimise PCO first.
Medical treatment and surgical treatment both are available.
Rule out other hormonal imbalance, glucose intolerance...
Consult a local gynecologist for all these...
Once you conceive PCOD will resolved automatically.
