Hello, bad smell from mouth could be because of deposits or food lodgement between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. It could also be because of cold, acidity, stomach problems, not drinking enough water, not eating or fasting for long intervals. Brush twice daily, floss regularly. You can avoid it by rinsing after every 1-2 hours.

Halitosis can occur due to various reasons. Hence it is very important to know what the cause is so that the treatment can be done accordingly.  Few reasons can be... Gastrointestinal disturbances ( Gerds) Diabetes Starvation Few patients also develop Halitosis when they have fever. One of the cause can be bad oral hygiene habits and periodontal problems. You can visit the dentist for an opinion regarding oral hygiene...and if that is the cause you can go for complete scaling and subgingival scaling ( if required) and follow the introductions as given by the dentist. If the problem is not related to the oral hygiene you need to know what it is and then proceed accordingly.
Next Steps
visit your dentist for opinion
Health Tips
