INJ DICLOFENAC ONE AMPLE IM STATE.follwed by
Tab flexon two times a day for three to five days.
Tab ZIFI o 200 two times a day after food for three to five days.plenty of liquids.like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice, light diet, no outside food.ok.

I advise you to go to the nearest ER immediately as you will require an injection of paracetamol to bring down your fever and if your fever is associated with chills or shivering you will require further blood tests
