Suff. from jaundice
I am suffering from jaundice since 1 month but still billirubin is 1.8. So I can't decide what to eat, so tell me some tips

Have more carbohydrate less fat and healthy diet. Fruit salads and more of veggies will help. Don't take outside food.

Hi - the basic advices that u should avoid all out side fast ,junk, spices, oily foods . even at home better u take soft or semi solid foods all types , no problems but should be very less oil & no garam masala, greens vegetables, max fruits, plain rice ,roti, dairy all good for health. Sufficient electrolytes, water, coconut water, lemon juice, stew, vegetable soup all helpful for u.

Cook food in minimal oil. Eat parboiled rice, boiled potatoes to maintain energy level and helps to rejuvenate liver cells. Eat paneer in boiled tomato onion curry. Drink sweet lime juice. Eat banana 3/week
