Tablet Cefixime 500 mg twice daily and tablet Doxy 100 mg twice daily for 7 days. Capsule Cobadex forte once daily. Tablet Meftal-Spas 2-3 times daily for stomach pain. Easily digestible food without oil is a must. Plenty of water to be given.

Could be typhoid fever ..but better to do an ultra sound also to rule out any other cause of abdomen pain
And other blood tests too...like culture and cbc
