Sudden pain calf muscle
Sudden pain in calf muscle .. which last for 3-4 sec... Happens 2wice or thrice in a day. I am a long distance runner.. this is happening for the first time

Do Warm up+cool down exercises properly+add stretching+ice massage after running... Take Tab. Evion 400 once a day.

Due to long distance. Avoid strain full activity do hot fermentation and gently massage and calf stretching exercises. Avoid long running till relief

In my opinion u need to take good amount of water or fluids...or u can go for tab. Evion 400mg at night with tab. Q car once a day for 15 days and u will be fine....one more thing kindly do stretching exs with warm up and cool down before and after your activity... this is the most important thing which will help u...get well soon take care...

Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
