Hello Sir /ma'am,
I am a mother of 4.5 months baby.. I experienced sudden drop of breast milk since yesterday.. Before that it was all good.. Since yesterday it has significantly dropped.. What might be the reason? Can I regain it? I am worried. Please help me out

It's normal phenomenon to feel like that diring lactation exclusively u just take plenty of fluids and proper diet and frequent feeding it will be ok in couple of days

it is very important to meet lactational expert who will guide you weather there is any problem in position and attachment while giving breastfeeding and what diet you can follow to increase breast milk. at the same time go to various videos and articles on firstcry and YouTube regarding breastfeeding as well as position and attachment.
exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age
