Hi welcome - I can tell you that Diet may not be balanced or perfect . Exercises or Yoga may be you have selected or practising not suiting with you or you are taking regularly with enough time at home. As I can see you are IT employee so this is common problems with all people about weight. I advice you to have personlised low calorie Diet Plan 1200-1400kcal. Also request yoy to write with all present practices on foods & exer so that I can help you precisely.
