We all go through stress in varying forms. Whether stress is severe enough to cause you significant health problems, both mental and physical, is what determines whether it needs pharmacological intervention. I recommend consulting a Psychiatrist for detailed assessment of your condition, and if needed, prescribed appropriate anti anxiety medication. Good luck.
