  4. Stress fracture. Tell me who to trust!

Stress fracture
Went to an orthopedist, he detected a stress fracture n advised bedrest, medicines like ultratab and bonultra.... Family doctor says he cant see the fracture and i should stop ultratab n start walking. Please tell me who to trust

Avoiding sports activities or prolong walking...start  RICE method( Rest-iceing-compression bandage -elevation of foot) ....by  applying this method  u will get good relief. Doesn't matter you have stress fracture or muscle tear. Dr sunil Tank www.thephysiopoint.com Physiopoint  clinic jaipur
