Stress due to no emotional and physical
Hi I am under lot of stress. We are just staying in a same home raising our children together.there is lot of baggage of past because of that there is no physical connect. Only thing is we have children to raise.there is peace at home..but some times I feel does he never miss me.

1.Stop sitting idle or single.Try to sit with family member ,and mingle with them followed by Eating,Watching tv,Amusement by cracking jokes etc.One of the family member should exagurate the situation which happened,or going to happen to make him/her happy and smile. which leads to forget the tensions for a while. 2.Most of the persons get addicted to drink,But it's not correct. Gets various Health Hazards like stroke,Gas formation in heart,liver damages etc.While drinking, A Stressed person can't be happy,It leads to become extreme emotion regarding his situation facing towards. So, One of them should Ensure to restraint Drinking . 3.Listen songs by closing your eyes which gives you courage and strength to overcome the problem. After completion of song open your eyes with smile which brings you courage to accomplish forward in your life. Gives Relaxation to your mind and enthusiastic. Music plays a magic role…Nothing is permanent in this world. Just we have to overcome the situation . 4.Eat a healthy food .Drink more water. Better to ensure to eat with your family happily.. 5. Do meditation, Warm-up exercise etc .Just go for a stroll leads to relaxation 6. Watching movies in theatre's,shopping , Restaurant along with your family. Spend more time with your family which makes you to feel happy and joy. 7.Watch motivational stories which inspires You mostly to lead a happy life ahead. Thank you….

Many couples face physical as well as emotional distance and lack the feeling of being in a relationship, especially after having kids.
