Stress and pregnancy
I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and I am in a lot of stress lately emotionally. I am crying most of the time which increases my palpitations. I am trying to eat healthy and have bed rest mostly but whenever i am in stress i get cramps. Will my baby be okay? I am worried about it. I am on HCG and progesterone support since the start since my hormones were low. And had spotting in 7 weeks which was very light and negligible. The FHR at 7 weeks after the spotting was noted was 160bpm. I have my next scan due in mid March before that I am very restless if my baby is doing okay. Is the stress causing him/her any harm.

Stress can affect a pregnancy adversely. Go for meditation and calming exercises or consult a psychologist.

You need to resolve your stress and anxiety issues. Do talk to a psychological counselor to help address your anxiety. It's not advisable to be so stressed and cry all the time.
