  4. Stress and hypertension. Please help.

Stress and hypertension
I stay outside India for most part of the year. I want a 8 month medication for Stress and Hypertension. Also I need a prescription for alprazolam 0.5. I get shortness of breath during stressful situation. Also during such situations, I cannot sleep properly make me feel exhausted the next day. Please help.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Alprazolam is a temporary fix and it leads to other problems like addiction, etc. Hence I suggest a Consultation with Psychiatrist/Psychologist to discuss permanent solutions. Best wishes.
