I think you are undergoing severe anxiety and chest tightness, immediately consult a psychiatrist as these symptoms require medications. Handling them may not be feasible at this moment. I think due to severe anxiety you are feeling drained.

Hi .. it's very difficult to carryon daily activities with anxiety. Anxiety can be treated with medicines and behavioral therapy.

Consult a psychiatrist for treatment of anxiety. Anxiety has physical symptoms like your chest discomfort, dizziness and cognitive symptoms like thoughts. A course of SSRIs will lead to good recovery. Good luck.
