My weight is 72 kg and height is 5'6". After having pain near chest I went to a doctor. The reports came which showed that my SGPT count is 57.9 and although there is no presence of Aerobic bacteria in my urine culture but it doesn't rule out the possibility of other microorganisms and anaerobic bacteria. The doctor said that I have stone in my gall bladder and urged me for an urgent removal of the bladder through surgery which I declined as I wanted to get opinion from other doctor. Can I avoid surgery and cure this problem on my own? If yes, what are the necessary steps that I should take. If surgery is necessary how long can I avoid it? And after the surgery what complications can be there?

Do a ultrasound abdomen. If there is a stone, then yes it's to be managed surgically. Otherwise it can lead to complications... But all that said, first get a ultrasound done and get back to me with the reports...
Next Steps
ultrasound abdomen, LFT, CBC with ESR, amylase and lipase.
First u need to do ultrasound of abdomen to find out whether u really have gall bladder stones. Or pain can be because of many reasons. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?
Any problem in urine?
