Stone in golbllader
My mother is 63 years old,now USG report detect stone in golblader.golblader is 1.6 cm calculus.sugar lever 200 and himoglobin level low.what I do?

If stones are symptomatic or comolicated urgent surgery should be done. Otherwise it depends on many other factors. Surgery may be be considered. Avoid OILY foods including milk derivatives.

[ ] Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then you require surgery. Any stone more than 1 CMS in size needs removal of gall bladder. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone. Laparoscopic approach is gold standard for gall bladder removal. Probiotic is only supportive for the gut not a cure!If diarrhea is a persistent problem discuss in details for further evaluation. Chronic diarrhoa can be caused by infective.inflammatory or malignant diseases.
