Stone in Bladder
In my ultrasound report it came out to be " calculus of size 5mm". Also Fatty liver Grade 1 and Left Kidney measures 87* 47mm shows mild hydroureterenephrosis. Please suggest if I need to go through a surgery or should I just take painkillers.

5mm bladder stone usually passes spontaneously. Take plenty of fluids and repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks
