Stomach virus
Two weeks ago i caught food poisoning or a stomach virus. i spent most of the day with diarrhea (about 15 times i used the rest room that day) - at one point it was just liquid. as well, the night ended with me throwing up. ever since then i still experience diarrhea about every other day, as well as nausea spells.

Have you taken any medicines?
If not, then you can start by taking tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day after food for 3 days.
It should be fine.
