After early morning jog/run I get the feeling of spasm from stomach to throat during exhale for sometime and it will be more when I sit / stomach pressed. Meanwhile I also feel bloated and I get burps also. Please suggest what may be the cause. Usually Im more prone to gastric or digestion issues.
