I didnt use to eat. Skipping meals was a normal thing. And didnt drink milk since ages. So i made few changes since 6-7 dYs. I wake at 4 30. Eat 2 banana. Come back from gym. Eat moong chana sprouts and soaked peanuts and a glass of milk. Eat lunch at 11.(4 roti atleast). In evening i eat a banana or leftover sprouts if any. At 7 dinner (4 roti) I have noticed i had green stools few times. Sometimes loose sometimes tight. Is there anything wrong? What is the reason for this
