Can we eat foxtail millet , bakhri roti daily for promoting weight loss .? Is it healthy and sustainable..?

I wanted to know what are prokinetic agents will they help in strengthening LES.. I have diagnosed with reflux esophagitis grade 1 last 6 months back i was better for some months now again all the symptoms have come back like chest pain, throat pain burning etc.. I have again started taking ppi tablets from yesterday please help me can the prokinetics help me?

Hello, My mother is having this problem since 6 days that she has gas problem including burping and also she has pain in her bottom left side of the stomach. The main is not constant. Is only occurs when she feel gas traps inside the stomach. She gets the same problem every year during this time of the year. We have done big sonography previously but nothing came out. Please suggest a general medicine which can help her in this condition. Female , 40, with Hypertension.
