Hi Doctor,I am having issues with burp...it is not coming...especially in morning and feel like stomach is completely full..also felt vomiting but vomit is also not coming outside...even last night taking very light foods because of these issue...sometimes feeling hungry but due to feel that stomach is full so can not able to having food as well...doc prescribed medicine - ESVIN-40 MG before 1/2 hr of taking lunch and FIXIT-150 MG..but still i am having issues...consequently, would pls advise me any other

I am male 38 years... my mother is hepatitis b positive with nil viral load... pls guide hepatitis b and c vaccine process. 1. is any vaccine available for my age ? name of vaccine ? 2. how and when, period to take it ? full details ? 3. after vaccination, is it gurantee that hepatitis will not come to me ?

In the USG fatty liver grade 2 is showing this report 3 month back. At that time  I am alcoholic but now from last 3 month I totally quit it and not taking a single drop. Report of recemt blood is enclosed . Ki fly suggest for fatty liver pls and how to cure the same

I am a 20 year old male. I have been experiencing pain (burn feels) while motion for the past 5 days. It started on Saturday, before which I was suffering from constipation for 2-3 days. I don't experience pain while sitting but feels a little uncomfortable. Also currently I am not able to excrete properly due to pain. Could it be piles? What should be done both medically and physically?
