There two simple home remedies that you can try 1. 1 cup water + 1 teaspoon cumin seeds - boil for 3 minutes. Filter and sip this water , twice or thrice daily 2. Buttermilk - 1/2 cup curd + 1/2 cup water + 1 pinch asafoetida ( hing) + salt ( to taste) , churn or whip in a mixer. Drink this after lunch everyday. Exercise is also a important player in improving digestion. 40 minutes of walking everyday is recommended
