Stomach pain
Symptoms: 1. Lower abdominal pain 2. Right and top of the belly button/navel 3. No fever/nausea 4. Pain runs to the right side of the waist till the spine. 5. Deep breathing leads to more pain

it could be a ureteric colic. Advise you to do a sonography for the same. Treatment will depend on the results.
