Stomach pain
Stomach pain due to gastric problem but he took medicine of have that but didn't feel relaxed. His spleen is mildily enlarged in size. My dought is why his stomach pain when he is taking medicine of gas regularly but didn't get relief. Please help give some solutions

You have a enlarged liver also.
The stomach ache is very likely be due to that.
You are using too many medicines not exactly related to stomach ache.
