Stomach pain , dizziness . Is is due to fall of blood level in ones body ? Endoscopy result is normal . Could u please suggest me some answers . And m having Ozone tablets at present .

Hello diziness is related to low blood pressure or anaemic or vestibular disorders for that you need to consult a physician and ent specialist For stomach ache Causes:- Gastritis Peptic ulcer disease Pancreatitis Gall stones Renal stones should be ruled out consult a physician or gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
