Stomach Pain in Pregnancy

Hello Doctor, My wife is in the 4th month of pregnancy and she is having stomach pain daily. We consulted doctor and she told there is no complication and everything is normal. Could you please let me know what may be the reason for stomach pain and will it cause any problem for mother and baby?
