Stomach Pain in morning
I had stomach pain 3-4 times in last 2 weeks . It happens lower part of stomach below "naabhi" only after long sleep
I did ultrasonography but no stone issue . there is thickness in upper intestine (please check report)
I am little afraid of colonscopy .. Should i take some antibiotics

I can understand your concern.
The only thing that needs to be done is to consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
I do not think you should take any medications by yourself. Because you are not a doctor is it?
