try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...

Hi..... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better..... Drink plenty of liquids. Try to drink plenty of fluids every day. Water is best.... beverages that contain caffeine stimulate your intestines and can make diarrhea worse, and carbonated drinks can produce gas.....
